Summary of Events

  • The Sudan Doctors Committee reported a total of 193 people injured in yesterday's demonstrations against #SudanCoup (all in Khartoum), including 12 gunshot wounds. A reminder that 79 people have been killed by authorities since Oct 25, and over 2400 injured.

  • #SudanCoup authorities arrested several members of the dissolved empowerment removal committee, tasked by the transitional govt to repossess assets stolen by NCP regime.

  • Correction: in yesterday's recap, we reported that #SudanCoup forces had dismantled the Mashu-Hafeer barricade along the Sudan-Egypt highway. This was wrong; the barricade remains intact.
