Summary of Events

• The Coordinating Body of Resistance Committees of Khartoum State has released its proposed draft political charter for public review and discussion.

• Protesters then hit the streets in different parts of Khartoum calling for participation in #Feb28March - the last round of nationwide demos for February; the 21st round since Oct 25, 2021.

• According to Sudan Doctors Committee, 5 people were injured in Bahri.

• In a meeting with the acting minister of foreign affairs, the EU heads of missions asked the acting minister to provide clarity on the purpose of Himedti's visit to Russia, and urged #SudanCoup administration to condemn Russia's attack on Ukraine.

• Meanwhile, Himedti took time out of his Moscow visit to speak with the chargé d'affaires at the Sudanese embassy in Ukraine, and reportedly vowed to provide the necessary funds to evacuate all Sudanese nationals, according to SUNA.

• But Sudanese students in Ukraine have expressed online the embassy's complete unpreparedness and unwillingness to help in the evacuation process. According to one student, "they don't even answer the phone."
